    Program offers a safe, structured residential setting with services such as personalized goal planning, life-skills training, employment readiness, financial literacy, transportation coordination, community resource navigation, reentry support, and transition planning toward longer-term housing.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Adults aged 18 or older who can live in a substance-free, recovery-supportive shared home and function safely in a community-based residential setting. Participants must be willing to follow house rules, keep the environment substance-free, participate in the intake process, and work toward personal stability and independence goals.
    • Languages: English only
    • Application Process: Call or visit the website for details or call to schedule an appointment. Referrals are welcome from community organizations, behavioral and health providers, the justice system, social services, and other community partners. Admission depends on participant's assessment, program fit, and space availability.
    • Program Fees: Sliding scale. Call for details. Accepts private pay and eligible housing voucher or assistance program.
    • Required Documents: Photo ID – if applicable, completed Willowcrest intake or prescreening form, emergency contact information, referral or case management information, and proof of income or eligible housing voucher or assistance program. Additional documentation may be requested based on the participant’s referral source or funding program.
