Pathways Program

  • Description:

    Provides transitional shelter for six months with case management, meals, resource referrals, housing support, and dental services.

    Offers single and double units for individuals with special needs, such as those recovering or managing injuries, health issues, or accompanied by partners, family, pets, or belongings.

    Placement in single units is for those working on housing and stability plans, including case management, income goals, or job readiness.

    These guidelines help residents set goals, promote safety, self-determination, and progress toward long-term housing stability.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Individuals and their partners or family members who are experiencing homelessness working towards housing stability
