Program Delivery
- Eligibility: Families or individuals moving into a residence in Stockton who meet income guidelines, must have a ready to move-in residence in place. Annual income guidelines: Number of persons in household / Annual gross income 1 person / $58,600 2 people / $67,000 3 people / $75,350 4 people / $83,700 5 people / $90,400 6 people / $97,100 7 people / $103,800 8 people / $110,500
- Languages: English and Spanish. Additional languages are provided via a translation service.
- Application Process: Call for screening during intake hours Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, only through 211 San Joaquin
- Program Fees: No fees
- Required Documents: Photo ID or driver's license, social security card or ITIN, proof income, and current tenant approval letter from landlord with security deposit amount
