    • Eligibility: Stockton residents who received a pay or quit notice for past-due rent and meet income guidelines and are not currently facing eviction. Annual income guidelines: Number of persons in household / Annual gross income 1 person / $22,750 - $37,850 2 people / $26,000 - $43,250 3 people / $29,250 - $48,650 4 people / $33,000 - $54,050 5 people / $38,680 - $58,400 6 people / $44,360 - $62,700 7 people / $50,040 - $67,050 8 people / $55,720 - $71,350
    • Languages: English and Spanish. Additional languages are provided via a translation service.
    • Application Process: Call for screening during intake hours Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, only through 211 San Joaquin

    • Required Documents: Photo ID or driver's license, social security card or ITIN, proof income, official pay-or-quit (3-day) notice with amount due and copy of signed lease agreement
