    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Individuals aged 6 and older with mental and behavioral health challenges needing extra support (9-30 hours/week) but not 24-hour or residential care.

    • Program Fees: Sliding scale. Accepts Aetna, Anthem, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, Kaiser, Magellan Health, Tricare, VA-Triwest, and Private Insurance
