      • Free, neutral, and confidential counseling on tenant and landlord's rights and responsibilities. Counselors available to help with options to resolve issues.
    • Dispute Resolution
      • Provides mediation to resolve dispute.
    • Education and Outreach
      • Provides both tenants and landlords information on federal and state Fair Housing Laws.
