Program Delivery
- Eligibility: Determined by San Joaquin County Children Services: *Receives child welfare services at the time eligibility was determined. *Experiencing homelessness, at-risk of homelessness, or in a living situation that cannot accommodate child(ren in the home, including those who have not received an eviction notice. *Voluntary agreement to participate Eligible individuals include but not limited to biological parents, guardians, or kinship guardians. No rejections on the basis of income, past evictions, substance use, or behaviors that may suggest a lock of "housing readiness".
- Languages: English and Spanish. Additional languages are provided via a translation service.
- Application Process: By referral only from the San Joaquin County Children Services (CPS). Call for details.
- Program Fees: No fees
- Required Documents: Photo ID, proof of income, social security card, birth certificate, and eviction notice, if applies.
