    Supports individuals and families in understanding, preventing, and managing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease, while also guiding them through cancer screening, treatment, and care.

    Offer personalized support, help clients access affordable care and resources, host community workshops in their native languages, and encourage early detection and prevention strategies.
