- Application Process: Complete the following steps to submit your PG&E claim online: -Complete online claim form at www.pge.com/claims. -Email any additional supporting documents, as we instruct, to ClaimDocs@pge.com. -Include your claim number in the subject line so that our system can identify your claim. Can download, complete, and mail, fax (925-459-7326), or email (lawclaims@pge.com) claims forms. Customer should not submit both an online and paper claim. Submitting online is the fastest way to get your claim evaluated.
