    Offers access to State Parks at no cost. The Golden Bear pass offers free vehicle day-use access to more than 200 California State Parks until December 31 of the year it was issued.

    Vehicle day-use fees does not cover per person fees, tour fees, boat use, camping, or any group day-use sites.

    • Eligibility: Must be a CalWORKs recipient. Individuals 62 years of age or older with monthly income (Single: $1,732 or less; Couple: $2,352 or less) and/or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) recipients can apply.
