    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Children between 5-17 years of age. Family must have a financial need or enrolled in government program such as SNAP, WIC, Medi-Cal, or free or reduced lunch program.

    • Application Process: Call for telephone intake or call to schedule an appointment. Email or submit requests online at birthdayblessingsfoundation.org. Requests must be submitted 4-6 weeks before the child's birthday. Special considerations for families experiencing homelessness, foster care placement or emergency situations may qualify with flexible requirements.
