    Addresses complaints within the community. Neighborhood Services Section is responsible for Code Enforcement such as active or prior code enforcement activity or actions, permit issues and liens or fines/fees due on a property.

    Programs include:

    Payoff Demand request to remove any recorded notices/liens from a property, as well as a balanced owed, fax Damand Request to 209-937-7264 or email to PayoffDemand@Stocktonca.gov. Requests can only be accepted from Property Owner, Title/Escrow Company, or Listing Agent (with a copy of listing agreement).
