    • Eligibility: Must meet qualification guideline: •Have a Valid California Driver’s License •Own a Vehicle Valued at $25,000 or Less •Be at Least 16 Years of Age *Applicants under 18 must be legally emancipated •Have a Good Driving Record or are a New Driver •Meet Income Eligibility Guidelines: •Income eligibility requirements per household: o 1 person - $39,125.00 o 2 people - $52,875.00 o 3 people - $66,625.00 o 4 people - $80,375.00 o 5 people - $94,125.00
