    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must meet criteria: *Must be a Lodi resident experiencing homelessness, have a linkage to Lodi, or have a referral from another social service provider (requires a warm hand-off). *Must be ambulatory or able to care for self. Otherwise, individual may need higher level of care. *No 290 offenders or sex offenders.
