    Program Delivery

    • Application Process: Check website bikestockton.org to download app. Applying for Long Term Lending of e-bike: 1. Apply online at sjcog.org/558/Bike-Stockton 2. On approval, user will rent a bike for 30 days. 3. Unlock a bike by scanning the QR code on the handlebar using the app. 4. Remove the lock tether and place it on the hook under the seat. 5. Arrive at a bicycle rack and use the tether to secure your bike to the rack. Then, submit a photo to end your ride.
