    Provides support and services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Programs designed to be inclusive and accessible to all who need assistance.

    Primary Services:

    • Developmental Screenings: Identify delays early to connect children to help. 1:1 Family Navigation Services: Support families in accessing resources and overcoming barriers.
    • Educational Advocacy: Assistance with IEPs and 504 plans to ensure equitable educational opportunities for children with special needs.
    • Parent Workshops and Support Groups: Educational and emotional support for families to build skills and community connections.
    • ​Resource Connections: Linking families to essential services, such as healthcare, housing, and early intervention programs.
    • ​Culturally Competent Outreach: Bilingual and culturally tailored services to meet the needs of diverse communities.
