    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Meet the following requirements: -Aged 6 years or older -Have a diagnosis of intellectual and/or developmental disability and co-occurring behavioral health needs -Be eligible for or currently receiving Valley Mountain Regional Center (VMRC) services
    • Languages: English. Additional languages are provided via a translation service.
    • Application Process: By referral only. Call for details.
