  • Hours: Mon: 9am - 5pm; Tue: 9am - 5pm; Wed: 9am - 5pm; Thu: 9am - 5pm; Fri: 9am - 5pm; - (Office closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Continues to operate regularly during active PSPS event or long power outage. No additional services provided.)

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be a Transitional Age Youth (TAY) between 18-24 years of age and experiencing homelessness. TAY are those who have been in foster care or the probation system.
    • Languages: English, Spanish
    • Application Process: HMIS (Clarity) referral only. Must be enrolled in Coordinated Entry System (CES)
