    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be 18 years of age or older recovering from substance use disorder. Must be clean and sober and willing to live in a shared living environment. Must be able to pay the monthly bed fee.
    • Languages: English
    • Application Process: Call for telephone intake or call to scheduled an appointment
    • Program Fees: $600-750 per month (shared room)
    • Required Documents: ID, SSN card, and proof of income preferred but not required
