    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Family must meet criteria: *Must have a child(ren) between 0-18 years of age *Must have verifiable income *Must contribute financially towards debt *Assistance is only towards rent or mortgage or to prevent utility shut off *Must have an eviction or final notice shut off letter in their name
