    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Meet eligibility criteria: *Be a business or non-profit operating in San Joaquin County. *Operate a public storefront or residence for normal business operations within San Joaquin County, including both incorporated and unincorporated areas. Independent health-care providers and clinicians must have their primary residence in the County to qualify. *Have an active Business License in San Joaquin County. *Be in good standing with the County and any associated cities within San Joaquin County. *Applicants involved in legal or financial issues may not qualify.
