EV Equity Program

  • Description: Helps residents across the Valley understand the environmental and economic benefits of driving an Electric Vehicle and access available EV purchase incentives. Grants are based on funding availability.

    Program provides:
    • One-on-one assistance
    • Grants application assistance
    • Information on different type of electric vehicles, charging, range maintenance, cost to operate and other important issues.
    • Works closely with affiliated partners to help with credit repair and low-interest loan approval.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must meet income guideline and live in one of the San Joaquin Valley counties: San Joaquin County, Stanislaus County, Merced County, Madera County, Fresno County, Kings County, Tulare County, and Kern County. Income Guidelines at 300% of the Federal Poverty Level: Number of Household / Max Gross Annual Income 1 / $58,320 2 / $78,880 3 / $99,440 4 / $120,000 5 / $150,560 6 / $161,120 7 / $181,680 8 / $202,240
