Drive Clean Repair Program

  • Description: Offers $500 voucher for smog repairs or free smog certificate to cars that passed the smog test at participating STAR smog shop.

    Free smog test at Tune-In, Tune-Up events throughout the San Joaquin Valley. These free Saturday events occur in various locations throughout the Valley all year long. Free virtual smog test available by appointment.
