    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Clients must meet the requirements: • Must reside in San Joaquin County or within the San Joaquin Valley jurisdiction. • Applicant must own the current vehicle for a minimum of 6 months and has been using it in California for the past 2 years. The current vehicle must be currently operational, gas-powered, and model year 2006 or older. • Households must be at or below 300% of federal poverty level. • Current registration or insurance not required. However, application may or may not be approved depending on the usage history and operational status.

    • Required Documents: Complete the Replace Application. CA ID, proof of 2 years of California vehicle registration, proof of 2 years of California vehicle insurance, Vehicle Title, proof of income for all household, and current utility bill as proof of residency.
