Catalyst TAY

Agency: CHILDREN'S HOME OF STOCKTON (CHS)

  • Description: Provides a shared room for youth experiencing or at-risk of homelessness.

    Transition Age Youth (TAY) participants works with TAY coaches to develop independent life skills while providing guidance and support to reach their goals. Career and Education assistance and Mental Health Counseling available. Meals are provided and transportation can be provided contingent on the need, including bus passes and Uber rides.

    TAY Housing Navigator assists TAY participants with housing transition plans and preparing for aftercare support once graduated successfully from the program.

    Capacity is limited to 18 beds and the wait time varies depending on bed availability.
