    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must meet all criteria: * Must be a resident of Tracy or Mountain House * Meet low-income HUD standards * Verifiable address within Tracy Unified School District and the Lammersville High School District AND * Holiday gifts criteria: Children between birth to 13 years of age

    • Application Process: Walk-in for Christmas Applications on November 6-8. Call to inquire after the 9th

    • Required Documents: *State Issued ID or Driver's License *Verification of Children (Birth Certificate, California Benefit ID card, or Social Security Card) *Proof of Income (Pay Stubs or paperwork showing amount of income or assistance you and/or your spouse receive) *Proof of Rent (Rent receipt or letter from landlord, or mortgage payment) *Current PG&E Bill.
