    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Agriculture workers who are low income and have experienced a migrant move in the past two years with children ages 6 weeks through kindergarten entry.
    • Languages: English and Spanish
    • Application Process: Call or walk-in for assistance, or call to schedule an appointment
    • Program Fees: No fees
    • Required Documents: Proof of agriculture-based work (if applicable), verification of income, and proof of need. Birth certificate, updated immunization records, recent physical exam report, and TB risk assessments for the children
