Enhanced Services for Asylees and Vulnerable Noncitizens (ESAVN)

  • Description: Provides culturally appropriate and responsive case management services to asylees and vulnerable noncitizens for up to 90 days within the first year following the grant of asylum or vulnerable noncitizens who are deemed eligible for services.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must meet one of the criteria: *Individuals who have been recently granted asylum in the last 12 months. *Those who have filed petitions for T-Visa or U-Visa. *Noncitizen victims of human trafficking, domestic violence, and other serious crimes.
