Tenant Protection Program

Agency: HOUSING AND ECONOMIC RIGHTS ADVOCATES (HERA)

  • Description: Helps tenants with illegal rent increases, habitability problems, harassment, disability and other discrimination. Helps guide tenants with debt problems that makes it hard for tenants to keep up with rents. Helps with credit reporting error, how to improve credit, and fair housing rights.
