Low Income Rate Assistance (LIRA)

    Offers a discount to low-income customers for water, sewer and garbage services to qualify City of Tracy residents. Program waives the minimum monthly meter charge of $18.50 and discounts of monthly fees or $2.55 for sewer and $5 for garbage.

Office closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.)
