Description: Provides Behavioral Health Services, Foster Care and Adoptive Services (RFA), and Transitional-Aged Youth Services.

Behavioral Health Services - Provides continuum of care for children, youth and families with emotional and behavioral health issues. Program varies based on the severity of the individual's needs and their level of risk.
Foster Care and Adoptive Services - Provides information on becoming a foster family and adoption through foster care.
Transitional-Aged Youth Services - Provides all the necessities required for a young adult to start their independent life.

Eligibility: -Behavioral Health Services: Open to individual and families with emotional and behavioral health issues. - Foster Care and Adoptive Services require: * Parent(s) to be aged 21 or older * Adequate space for a child in the home * Background checks for all adults aged 18 and older * Parent(s) to hold a valid CA driver's license, clean DMV record, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance * Completion of Aspiranet foster parent classes, CPR and first aid training, family interviews and assessments, and a home inspection. -Transitional Aged Youth (TAY): Open to foster youth aged 18-24 years who are aging out of the foster care system.
