    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must meet requirements: • Conviction must have occurred in San Joaquin County • Must be off probation/parole, however, o If someone is unsure as to their probationary status we will review for eligibility o If probation will term in 60-90 days, we will accept the referral and work on the case(s) • Expungement is for county jail sentences and state prison convictions, which require a different remedy.
