  • Hours: Mon: 8am - 5pm; Tue: 8am - 5pm; Wed: 8am - 5pm; Thu: 8am - 5pm; Fri: 8am - 5pm; - (Office is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, George Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.)

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Meet requirements: *Conviction must have occurred in San Joaquin County *Must be off probation/parole, however, -If someone is unsure as to their probationary status, case will be review for eligibility -If probation will terminate in 60-90 days, case will be accepted afterwards *Expungement is for county jail sentences and state prison convictions, which require a different remedy
