Early Intervention Services (EIS)

Agency: COMMUNITY MEDICAL CENTERS (CMC)

  • Description: Provides access to HIV care and medication assistance program.

    Service includes:
    • HIV Testing and Counseling - on and off-site testing and counseling available
    • Primary Care Service - receive general medical services as well as HIV care monitoring and AIDS medical treatment.
    • Dental Care - exams, cleaning, fillings, extractions, crowns, root canals, and other dental care under Early Intervention program (EIP).
    • Nutritional Counseling - meet with a registered dietitian.

    • Payment Assistance
    • Ryan White HIV/AIDS Case Management - case management through Ryan White II program
    • Social Services - provides case management, counseling and advocacy services.
