PSPS Generator and Battery Rebate Program (GBRP)
Agency: PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY (PG&E)
Provides eligible customers with a rebate on qualifying generators or batteries to help them prepare for outages. The rebate cannot exceed the product's sale price and does not cover taxes or shipping costs.
Rebate is $300 per qualified customer. Customers on CARE or FERA programs may receive an extra $200.

Program Delivery
- Eligibility: Program Eligibility: To qualify, customer must satisfy the following: *Have an active residential or business PG&E account *Located in Tier 2 or 3 High Fire-Threat Districts (HFTD) OR Serviced by an Enhanced Power Safety Settings (EPSS) circuit. Product Eligibility: To qualify, the product must meet the following requirement: *Portable Generators -Must be found on our qualified product list. See full list at www.pge.com/backuppower -Must be California Air Resources Board (CARB) compliant *Portable Batteries -Cannot be greater than 1 kWh (1,000 Wh) -Cannot be less than 290 Wh

- Application Process: Telephone call or visit website at www.pge.com/backuppower Rebates are limited to one per household. Applications must be submitted within 12 months from the purchase date or by December 31, whichever date is sooner. Customer must provide proof of purchase and proof of delivery. The application cannot be submitted until the product has been delivered and received.
