    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Experiencing homelessness: *Living in a place not meant for human living (cars, parks, abandoned buildings, streets/sidewalks, tent) or *Living at an emergency shelter (or if currently in a hospital or other institution, must be living in a place not meant for human living prior to hospital/institution admission) a supervised publicly or privately operated shelter *Must be at least homeless for one night *Must show proof of San Joaquin County residency
    • Languages: English and Spanish. Additional languages are provided via a translation service
    • Application Process: Call for screening during intake hours Mon-Fri 9am-4pm, only through 211 San Joaquin
    • Program Fees: No fees
    • Required Documents: Photo ID or driver's license, copy of Social Security Card, proof of homelessness, and other documents upon request.
