    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Must be experiencing homelessness: *Living in a place not meant for human living (cars, parks, abandoned buildings, streets/sidewalks, tent) or *Living at an emergency shelter (or if currently in a hospital or other institution, must be living in a place not meant for human living prior to hospital/institution admission) a supervised publicly or privately operated shelter *Must be at least homeless for one day *Must show proof of San Joaquin County residency
    • Languages: Other language available through the language line, English, Spanish
    • Application Process: Telephone call. Further assessments and intake is only available through 211 Monday-Friday 9am-4pm. Can complete an online application to CES from Central Valley Low Income Housing (CVLIHC) website at www.cvlihc.org

    • Required Documents: Photo ID, copy of Social Security Card, Proof of Homelessness, and other documents upon request.
