  • Description: Offers a 24-month home visitation program to connect families with family advocates to provides hand on support in the home. Program addresses mental health and substance abuse issues and risk factors.

    JourneyWORKs provides family support by:
    • Empowering parents to be self-sufficient
    • Helping families establish personal and professional goals
    • Complete developmental screenings for children 0-5
    • Connecting families to essential support services and community resources such as food, clothing, health insurance and counseling
