Community members in the City of Stockton water service area can report water, wastewater or stormwater emergencies, including broken pipes, water waste or illegal discharge of hazardous materials into the storm drain system. Use the City's About Your Address feature to determine the water service provider and report water wasting/leaks to the appropriate provider. Report Water Wasting.
Water Conservation Kits available for community members in the City of Stockton water service area at no cost. Request a water conservation kit by emailing WaterFacts@stocktonca.gov.
Kits includes:
- Showerhead
- Faucet Aerator
- Toilet Tablet to test for leaks
- Water use checklist to identify potential water leaks in and around the home.
