  • Description: Provides a 24 month home visitation program that provides families with hands-on support and advocacy. Includes Job Readiness Support, Raising a Reader Family Literacy Program, Child Developmental Screenings, and Basic Health Insurance Screenings. Uses Parent as Teacher (PAT) curriculum. 

    Program includes:
    • Getting kids ready to succeed in school
    • Providing helpful information and activities for parents and child to enjoy
    • Connecting parents with community resources
    • Helps parents with job searching
    • Monthly parent workshops
