  • Description:

    Offers grants towards monthly residential electric charges for qualifying low-income customers once every six-month period. Payment amount up to $150. Current SHARE discount account holders and Fixed-Income discount account holders can apply for this additional assistance.

    Program is administered by Salvation Army of Lodi and Community Partnership for Families of San Joaquin (CPFSJ)

    • Eligibility: For current Lodi Electric Utility Customers Must meet eligibility criteria: *Must be the account holder *Utility Customers currently receiving Utility low-income discount (30%) or *Utility Customers currently receiving Fixed Income Discount (5%) or *Meet income guideline of 60% of State Median Income by household size per month: -Family Size 1 - $2,883 -Family Size 2 - $3,770 -Family Size 3 - $4,657 -Family Size 4 - $5,544 -Family Size 5 - $6,431 -Family Size 6 - $7,318 -Family Size 7 - $7,484 -Family Size 8 - $7,651 -Family Size 9 - $7,817 -Family Size 10 - $7,983 -Indication of financial hardship: Job loss, unexpected expense, police report of theft, loss of fixed income, sudden change in living condition, etc.
