Must meet eligibilty criteria:
-Must be the account holder
-Utility Customers currently receiving Utility low-income discount (30%) or
-Utility Customers currently receiving FixedIncome Discount (5%) or
-Meet income guideline of 60% of State Median Income by household size per month:

*Family Size of 2 - $3,353.83
*Family Size of 3 - $4,143.00
*Family Size of 4 - $4,932.16
*Family Size of 5 - $5,721.33
*Family Size of 6 - $6,510.50
*Family Size of 7 - $6,658.43
*Family Size of 8 - $6,806.39
*Family Size of 9 - $6,954.36
*Family Size of 10 - $7,102.32
-Indication of financial hardship: Job loss, unexpected expense, police report of theft, loss of fixed income, sudden change in living condition, etc.
