  • Description:

    Provides a way for residents to travel at a discounted rate. Serves passengers Monday-Friday with service from Stockton to San Jose with stops stations at Lathrop/Manteca, Tracy, Livermore, Pleasanton, Fremont, Great America, and Santa Clara. Tickets are discounted up to 50% off of regular price.

    Process takes about 3-5 days to validate application eligibility. ACE CAP Application Form requires both ACE Mobile ID number and CBO Verification ID number. Application form must be submitted through the Rider Portal.

    In-person ticket purchases available at the Stockton (Robert J. Cabral) Station.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Open to all with household income be at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level Household size / Max Gross Monthly income (before tax/deduction) 1 / $2,510 2 / $3,407 3 / $4,303 4 / $5,200 5 / $6,097 6 / $6,993 7 / $7,890 8 / $8,787 *Other discounted ticket pricing available for passengers with disability, Medicare holders, seniors 65 years or older and children between 6-12 years of age.

    • Application Process: 1. Download ACE Mobile App to create an account to retrieve ACE mobile ID #. 2. Complete the ACE CAP Application Form. 3. Email ACE CAP Application Form and proof of income to 211 San Joaquin: 211sj@frcsj.org - include applicants full name, phone number, and household size (how many people lives in the home). 4. 211 will contact applicant to complete income assessment verification to retrieve a Verification ID #. 5. Submit ACE CAP Application Form to the Rider Portal online at www.acerail.com/community-assistance-program/
