  • Description:

    Provides a way for residents to travel at a discounted rate. Serves passengers Monday-Friday with service from Stockton to San Jose with stops stations at Lathrop/Manteca, Tracy, Livermore, Pleasanton, Fremont, Great America, and Santa Clara. Tickets are discounted up to 50% off of regular price.

    Process takes about 3-5 days to validate application eligibility. ACE Mobile CAP Entitlement Request form requires both ACE Mobile ID number and Verification ID number. When filing the application form online, save form for keep. Will require form to be email to ACE in the final step of the application process.

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Open to all with household income be at or below 200% Federal Poverty Level *Other discounted ticket pricing available for passengers with disability, Medicare holders, seniors 65 years or older and children between 6-12 years of age

    • Application Process: 1. Download ACE Mobile App to create an account to retrieve ACE mobile ID #; 2. Fill out the ACE Mobile App CAP Entitlement Request Form online at acerail.com and save form to email later; 3. Call 2-1-1 San Joaquin for income assessment verification to retrieve a Verification ID #; 4. Submit ACE Mobile App CAP Entitlement Request Form to ACE Ticketing Department at ticketing@acerail.com for validation.
