Recruits women into construction and related trades. Promotes retention of women in the trades and develop tradeswomen capacities for leadership and career growth.

    Services include:
    • Monthly Entry to Apprenticship Virtual Workshop for women interested in learning more about career opportunities in the construction industry.
    • One-on-one counseling and career guidance to women
    • Onsite workshops
