    Availability may change throughout the day. May offer Rapid COVID-19 and COVID-19 Home-Kit testing. Check website for more information.

    Allow 1-2 days for results. Results are returned through the MyChart portal. An email will be sent out with the link to create an account for the MyChart portal to view the results.

    • Required Documents: CA ID, Test appointment confirmation email or text message. Insurance card for those insured and social security number for those uninsured.
