    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Children between birth to 14 years of age residing in Lodi, Acampo, Lockeford, Victor and Woodbridge and meet income guideline.
    • Languages: English
    • Application Process: Walk-in or telephone call. Complete online registration with unique invitation code. Parents will receive a confirmation time to pick up the toys.

    • Required Documents: Photo ID for all adults 18 years of age or older, child's birth certificate or Proof of Legal Guardianship, and Proof of residency
