Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS) - Wildfires

  • Description: Turns off power in high fire risk areas to reduce the threat of wildfires. Customers will be notify before the shutoff and when power goes back on.

    Customers can visit the Community Resource Centers for multiple needs. For power outage updates and list of Community Resource Centers nearby at www.pge.com/crc.

    Community Resource Centers provide restrooms, bottled water, electronic device charging and air-conditioned seating.

  • Hours: PG&E customer services hours: Monday-Friday 7am-7pm; Saturday 8am-5pm. After hours customer service is available 24 hours for emergencies and automated customer service. Website available 24 hours a day
