      -Live and own the single-family home
      -Live within the active area program is funding
      -Meet income guidelines:

      4 people / up to $64,375
      5 people / up to $75,425
      6 people / up to $86,475
      7 people / up to $97,525
      8 people / up to $108,575
      For each additional household member, add $11,050
