    Offers community-based services to increase coping skills and improve parent or caregiver-child relationships. Services available at home or in the community.

    Services include:

    • Course for parents or caregivers on stress reduction, coping with grief and loss, create positive communication, promoting positive behaviors, and building a support system.
    • 12 sessions for children and youth to improve communication skills, increase coping skills and identify and build healthy relationships.

  • Hours: Mon: 8am - 5pm; Tue: 8am - 5pm; Wed: 8am - 5pm; Thu: 8am - 5pm; Fri: 8am - 5pm; - (Office is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, Washington's Birthday, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.)

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Children aged 6-17 who have mild behavioral concerns and are not currently receiving mental health services, along with their caregivers. Medi-Cal is required.
    • Languages: English and Spanish
