Access Pass - Provides free passes to ADA-certified individuals to ride on most fixed-routes services on all systems in San Joaquin County without making advanced reservation.

Program Delivery
- Eligibility: Discount Fare Card eligibility requirement - valid photo ID and one of the following documents:
*Medicare cardholder
*DMV disabled placard or plate holder
*Veteran with a valid United States Department of Defense DD form 214 or a San Joaquin County Health Department Veteran's Discount Card
*Visitor possessing a valid disabled ID issued by another transit agency
*Senior requirements:
-Manteca 62 years or older
-Tracy or Escalon 65 years or older
-Stockton, Lodi, Ripon or other cities in San Joaquin County 60 years or older
Access Pass eligibility requirement - valid photo ID and ADA-certified - Languages: English
- Application Process: Telephone call, walk-in, or apply online at sanjoaquinrtd.com/access-sj/dfc/ Individual will be notified within 21 days whether or not individual have been certified for a DFC. If DFC is denied, individual have the right to appeal decision
