    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Individuals aged 18 to book and 13 years old to ride unaccompanied.

    • Application Process: Trips can only be booked through a smartphone or desktop computer. Download the Van Go! mobile app to schedule a pickup or book online sanjoaquinrtd.com/van-go. Same day pick up available, may reserve 48 hours in advance.

Pay with credit/debit card through RTD Van Go! mobile app or pay exact cash amount to the driver at pick-up. *Discount fare valid only for seniors (ages 60 and over), individuals with disabilities, US veterans, Medicare cardholders and individuals with a valid Discount Fare Card (DFC).
