Office is closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, George Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day.)

    Program Delivery

    • Eligibility: Spouses and children of disabled US Veterans. Students must attend a California Community College, a California State University or a University of California campus and make under the required income limit.
    • Languages: English and Spanish, Spanish
    • Application Process: Walk-in for assistance

    • Required Documents: DVS-40, proof of relationship to veteran, copy of student's tax return for prior year or non-filing letter from the state tax franchise board or IRS, and verification of Veteran's services connected disability rating (must be rated at 0% or higher).
