  • Description: Provides individuals a way to get medical surgery performed at a reduced fee.  Surgeries and services are contracted with hospitals, surgical centers, providers, specialist, labs, and imagining facilities at reduced fees for their services.

    Total fee includes:  Surgeon’s fee, Anesthesia fee, Operating room fee, X-rays, pathology fee and 23 hour of observation at the hospital if needed. 

    Total cost does not include:  Lab testing, chest X ray, EKG and it does not include additional charges for extended nights of when the patient requires hospitalization after Surgery.

    • Abdominal Hernia
    • Appendicitis
    • Bladder stones
    • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
    • Colonoscopy
    • Hysterectomy
    • Kidney Stones
    • Vasectomy

  • Hours: Fri: 9am - 5pm; Thu: 8:30am - 5:30pm; Wed: 8:30am - 5:30pm; Tue: 8:30am - 5:30pm; Mon: 8:30am - 5:30pm; - (Website available 24 hours a day Office closed on New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr's Birthday, George Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day and the day after, and Christmas Day)

    • Eligibility: Must meet all the listed criteria: *Do not have or cannot access medical insurance *Be 18 years of age or older, or a consent form signed by their parents or responsible party *Not have a pre-existent medical condition that is not under control

    • Program Fees: Sliding scale, depending on surgery. Total fee must be paid in full before day of surgery
